Kudos to our very own Lorie Merryman who, over the past month, has helped bundle up some products & services to help outfit a family’s home to help a loved one involved in life altering vehicle accident. She was able to recommend a series of home medical supplies to outfit the patients room to make things easier for the family/caregiver & more comfortable for the patient. The bundle included a hospital bed & low air loss mattress, an electric patient lift to help the caregivers get the patient in & out of bed, & an innovative new tilt in place shower chair.

Through working extensively with this family over the past month, going above & beyond to understand the breadth of this family’s needs; we were able to reach out to a company called ShowerBuddy that designs & manufactures bath safety products for patients with special needs. ShowerBuddy transfer systems fit into most existing showers or tubs. At the fraction of the cost of a remodel, you can take advantage of your existing shower the same day the product arrives. The solution was provided by their All-in-One Shower Chair with Commode & Tilt.
